Delete Your Account

You can also delete your Scanly account directly from the app: open Profile → Delete Account, which removes your account and data immediately. Use this form instead if you no longer have the app installed — we'll process your request within a few business days.

This deletes your Scanly sign-in, account record, and AI Chat history from our servers. Documents scanned on your own device are never uploaded to us in the first place, so there's nothing server-side to remove for those.
